Our service and the lending network may not be available in all states. Availability is currently limited in: New York (NY), West Virginia (WV), Vermont (VT), and Arkansas (AR). Residents of these states may not receive loan matches through our affiliated partner.
By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user for any lawful reason.
Our pre-qualification quiz collects self-reported information to assess whether your profile generally meets the criteria used by lenders in our affiliate network. This is a preliminary, informational check only.
A pre-qualification result does not constitute:
The pre-qualification check conducted on our Site is a soft inquiry only and does not affect your credit score. When you proceed to apply with a third-party lender, that lender may perform a hard credit inquiry which could temporarily affect your credit score.
GetUrBucks operates as an affiliate of our lending network partners. When you click through from our Site to a partner's website, you leave GetUrBucks and enter a separate website operated by an independent third party.

We encourage you to carefully review the terms, conditions, and privacy policy of any lending platform before submitting an application. We may receive compensation from our affiliate partners when qualified users click through and complete applications. This compensation does not influence our pre-qualification criteria or recommendations.
APR Range: Personal loan APR offered through our affiliate partner's network ranges from 4.95% to 35.95%. The APR you receive depends on your creditworthiness, income, employment, loan amount, term, and other factors evaluated by the lender.
Loan Terms: Repayment terms range from 90 days to 84 months. Specific terms available to you will be presented by the lender in your loan agreement.
Representative Example: If you borrow $2,500 for 12 months at an APR of 10% with an origination fee of 3% ($75), you would repay approximately $219.79 per month, with a total repayment of $2,637.48. This is an example only — actual amounts will vary.
Fees: GetUrBucks charges no fees for use of its pre-qualification service. Lenders may charge origination fees, late payment fees, prepayment penalties, or other charges. All fees will be disclosed in your loan agreement before you sign.
Consequences of Non-Payment: Failure to repay a personal loan may result in additional charges, negative credit reporting, and collection actions by the lender. Please borrow responsibly and only take out a loan you can afford to repay.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when using our pre-qualification service. Providing false or misleading information in connection with a loan application may constitute fraud under federal and state law and could result in civil or criminal penalties.
Our pre-qualification results are based solely on the self-reported information you provide. We do not verify the accuracy of your responses prior to displaying a result. Lenders will independently verify your information as part of the formal application process.
You may not use our Site for any of the following purposes:
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating access to the Site and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the GetUrBucks website — including text, graphics, logos, design, code, and user interface elements — is the property of GetUrBucks and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our Site without our prior written consent.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND INFORMATION PROVIDED ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
GETURBUCKS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.
We do not warrant that: (a) the service will meet your requirements; (b) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) any loan matches will result in actual loan offers; or (d) any errors will be corrected.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GETURBUCKS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, DENIAL OF A LOAN APPLICATION, OR ANY HARM CAUSED BY DECISIONS MADE BY THIRD-PARTY LENDERS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED $100 USD. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetUrBucks and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any information you submit through the Site; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which GetUrBucks operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms to the Site with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide prominent notice on the Site.
